We're excited to share a video overview of WebAccess/DMP 3.4.0 a release focused on making device management at scale even easier, more secure, and more operationally transparent.

This update brings Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for more granular permissions, Service Accounts as dedicated API-only users for cleaner automation, and command history in the UI to simplify troubleshooting. We've also made it possible to move devices between companies without losing configuration history, introduced Company Contacts to separate notification recipients from user accounts, and added several quality-of-life improvements to streamline daily workflows.

It's a step forward in control, clarity, and operational maturity.
